All you need to get started with Integrating the Lync APIs

The Lync API suite is available to every developer in the Sandbox. Setting up in the Sandbox enables you to evaluate whether our system matches your use case and business needs. However, to fully integrate and go live i.e. gain access to the production environment, you must complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process.

To go live the Lync API, businesses must complete the following steps:

Create an Account on Lync

Businesses must first sign up on the Lync Dashboard. Upon registration, the Businesses will gain access to the platform but must complete verification before utilizing the API.

Complete KYB/KYC Verification

Businesses must complete the Know Your Business (KYB) or Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process ensures compliance with financial regulations and secures the platform against fraud. Once verification is completed, businesses will be fully approved and can proceed with requesting API access.

Request API Access

Approved businesses can request API credentials through the Lync Dashboard. Businesses should store these credentials securely and follow best security practices to prevent unauthorized access.
