To start testing and developing with our API in a safe environment, you'll need sandbox access. The sandbox environment provides a fully functional replica of our production API without affecting live data.

How to Request Access

1. Contact our Product Team: Send an email to [[email protected]] with the subject line "Lync Sandbox API Access Request"
2. Include the following information:
   • Your name and company
   • Project description and intended use case
   • Estimated testing timeline
   • Technical contact information
3. Approval Process: The product team will review your request and typically respond within 1-3 business days
4. Onboarding: Once approved, you'll receive sandbox credentials and detailed setup instructions

Sandbox Default Functionality

Your sandbox environment comes pre-configured as a Institution with the following resources:

• API credentials for integration development
• Corporate accounts in NGN, USD, GBP and EUR with test funds
• Sub Account feature access with Virtual Master accounts in NGN and EUR
• Access to Sandbox dashboard

Available Capabilities

Within the sandbox environment, you can do everything as if on a production environment, including but not limited to:

• Manage accounts (view balances, transaction history)
• Create payments
• Simulate deposits
• View statements
• Setup and test webhooks

All operations performed in the sandbox environment use simulated data and have no impact on production systems or real financial transactions.
